DWE Someone is seriously messing with the Google Document tracking the expedition.

I logged in to the DWE google sheet to log my progress to WP16 and there was      overlaying the top part of the document...

I removed it and the original text headers etc were still all in place ... good...

I go down to the bottom and add my data for reaching WP 16 to the sheet... all good... then I noticed that all the text headers in the top section were starting to disappear...

There must be some way of tracking the idiot who has been altering the doc and giving them a good kicking?

Metaphorically speaking of course.

If the IP address is known then I would certainly suggest submitting a ticket to FDev with the information. Hopefully they would take some action against idiots deliberately trying to disrupt their legitimate customers.

A google doc is a private thing and nothing to do with fdev.

I think the edsm expedition tracker is much better and can be pretty much automatic (I use edproxy) and vandal proof.

While I generally agree, I would still say it would be appropriate to report them but let FDev deal with them if they are a player, because that kind of behaviour is plain and simply disgusting.

Was going to happen sooner or later. Easy to fix, the rollback ability is brilliant so nothing is lost. More security can be slightly pain for the owner, but even that is just 3 clicks for each person. Slightly more effort is a Google form for people to enter stuff and leave the main form read only.
Sure everything will be back up very very soon.

If they're not going to deal with people messing up private groups in their own product and servers, what makes you think they'll do anything about people messing up some doc in another company's servers?

Can we ask the sheet owner to update the waypoints on the top? I was doing that as the information came out but it seems I no longer have access.
