I can't start the game on steam. Never started it and it says it's running already? Please help me out

Game is filled with bugs on PS5. I'm so glad I pre-ordered so that I will have to restart my career once you get all these fixed. What a waste of money. I have posted several. Look at them under suggestions and address them.
