So, it would seem that EIC's withdrawl did indeed affect Torval quite a lot, there has been a substantial drop in activity in that Power this past Cycle.

Nothing is going a bit far, but her drop in support was really quite staggering. If she starts seeing some real Undermining and Opposition again she may very well end up in the bottom 3.
