For anyone having that installation issue, it could be to do with the temp install files, which I think are found here: C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Local/Apps/2.0/X7WR2EJG.B40/TCER6858.KDA/edpr..tion_8fee7e9465259bde_0001.0000_b3345a215f04d56a/EDProfiler.exe
Or somewhere similar. Do a search for EDProfiler in your Local folder. Delete the contents and try again. Let me know if it works so I can add it to the troubleshooting
