I use EDSM heavily and it is a fantastic tool and website.
There is a filtering enhancement I have desired for several years and decided to make a post. I think it would be incredibly beneficial to add a filtering option 'Has Atmosphere' in the 'Atmosphere' drop down menu. This option would be the same as 'Any' but would exclude 'No Atmosphere' (Any includes all the drop down options). I think it would be good to also do this in 'Volcanism'.
Being able to filter this way offers many benefits, specifically for exobiology exploration.
Some Examples:
High Metal Content Planet > Landable > Has Atmosphere = Probable Stratum Tectonicas
Landable > Has Atmosphere > Has Volcanism > Less than 0.27g = Probable Fumerola
This is the specific enhancement I have wanted for a while, but there are a few other wish list items I would like to mention:
-Make the gravity scaler go down to the hundredths when below 1g (Most high valuable Exobiology requires 0.27g or less)
-Add a 'Surface Temperature' scaler similar to 'Gravity' and 'Arrival Distance'
-Add a filtering option to filter out bodies that have already been mapped by another CMDR on EDSM.
