Discussion EDSY Thermal weapons heat metric.

Hi, can any of you kind fellows explain to me what the red metric, that has an m as its unit is and how to read it, in the thermal section of EDSY, I gather that it is stating that weapons fire will cause the heat to spike over 100%, but I can't for the life of me work out what the metric is exactly?

The upper number is for full wep cap, the lower one for nearly empty one. It's in percentage of heat capacity for low heat weapons and in minutes (m) or seconds (s) for high heat weapons that you can't continuously fire without overheating the ship. Thay is, if it shows 60% for the upper number and 30 s for the lower number, your ship heat will reach 60% while shooting the guns with full weap cap and you can can fire for 30 seconds before overheating when your wep cap is nearly drained.

Of course, it's a simplification since your wep cap drains while shooting and you can't shoot your weapons for long or at all if the cap is nearly empty.

Thanks for the info!
What about when you go above 100%, the number changes to red and gives a value with m or s?
