Educational speakers on raised paths

I have a couple of raised paths that I use as viewing platforms. No matter where I place an educational speaker on them and no matter what the volume on that speaker it shows up as red in the educational heat map and acts as negative education. The big screens work fine, the general conservation stands work fine, but not the speakers. Is there something I need to know about this?

Nope, no overlap, although that's the message they give. They are spread far enough apart to not overlap. The only overlap could be from the same speaker on the ground below? I can't figure it out.

Then it's maybe the overlap of the speaker on the ground. The speakers are emitting all around, like a globe, so you need only one speaker for the path at the ground and the raised one.
