I've mentioned some of them before but here is a list of artists that I think could really do this game justice with their music.

Get someone like DJ Sasha on the job, he's the genius behind the Wipeout 3 soundtrack which I personally consider to be one of the best game soundtracks out there. Whilst that was quite a bangy soundtrack, Sasha has been long known for his deep trance sets and between him and John Digweed have produced some of the best mix CDs that I have ever heard. Sashas Involver and Invol2ver are just wonderful pieces of production work as are the team efforts of the Northern Exposure series
Getting a little old school like the Vangelis and Tangerine Dream references we can't forget some of the old masters like Jean Michel Jarre...
Oxygen Pt2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ek5u5jl7Ads
Equinox Pt4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pddS0wGjKH8
...and Jan Hammer
Crockett's Theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UmOY6ek_Y4
Harold Faltermeyer
Top Gun Theme... ok joking, but only a little...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCTJmXrgsFg
Robert Fripp
An Ending Ascent - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jrVnQAigX4
Ok I know no-one is likely to listen to any of these but I hope you do - they're tracks that have given me much joy over the years...
