Just to note on these... Allen's Kickstarter isn't finished, but the book part of it is successful now. The Anthology is called "Tales from the Frontier" and seems unlikely to change. And though Chris is the organiser it is he and 14 others writing stories for it. Elite Encounters will have short stories and drabbles written by many contributors.

And finally on top of the unknown books from Gollancz there is another as yet unknown title from Michael Brookes. It will be the official sequel to The Dark Wheel.
