Reached Elite in exploration quite some time ago, and I keep taking off for aimless journeys.

The rest will come in time.

Working on the combat ranking atm.
Somehow I'm Pathfinder, halfway to Ranger, without going any further than the Orion Nebula so far. I'm sure there is someone whose gained exploration Elite without actually leaving the bubble . One day I'll go for a really long jaunt. Exploration was what I wanted to originally focus on, seems I like shooting stuff as much as I did in 1987 though. And have approached the game in a near identical way! Plus ca change, plus c'est la meme chose indeed...

Have stopped CQC while I work on my Engineering stuff but I'm finding Engineering sooooo dull that I think Honksploring my way to Elite was more varied and entertaining.

Also scared of playing CQC with my Oculus since 2.1 introduced the most mental spinouts on the slightest impacts.

Comparing this little poll with available data from other sources (e.g. inara.cz) it's quite obvious, that...

- there are way more elite ranked cmdrs in the forum than in total

- there are a LOT of explorers in here

Quad Elite gets mad props. Triple Elite is old hat. Get all Four and you're going places! I think that title is still up for grabs.

Joined 22/04/2016, I was a trader back in 1984 and continue that trend with my Python but I have a 61 ly max jump range Anaconda that I take on exploration trips and intend to do so more, just completed the 25 Unknown Fragments for Professor Palin actually to get the corrosion resistant cargo racks more than anything else for future possible unknowns out in the depths of the galaxy.
