Elite Copyright infringement on Apple App Store

If you look up Marina Zhaborovski on the app store you see a lot of v1.0 game apps made in Russia for about $1.99 each. No reviews on any of them that I can see; seems a bit fishy to me. After a little detective work it looks like they used a screenshot from E: D to sell a really cheap "space simulator." Looking at the other apps I would say there's a good bet the apps are rip offs; I see screenshots for a Formula race app where the screenshots don't even match, probably stolen from different games.

A ''game'' using a screenshot of a FDL shooting down a ship in an astroid field...

This is a common issue on the app store, I purchased an app a while back it was absolutely nothing like it was pictured, I submitted my claim to apple and they returned my money, be careful lots of pirating going on in the app store, make sure you read reviews firsts

does apple do any quality assessment work, seems not.

Browsing the Apple App Store, I found this:

View attachment 108176

Maybe Frontier Developments lawyers should ask a few questions, both to Apple and Marina Zhaborovsky
Broken attachment, but game that uses screenshots of other games to advertise? in this case Elite? no real surprise happens all over.

Well at one point they were basically advertising that their store only had quality work and that you wouldn't find many worthless 'free' apps and similar.

I suppose worthless and fake costly apps is different from that....
