Hello everyone,
i'm a fairly new player to elite and i can't get enough of it. if i just could.
for a week now i experience constant, unprovoked crashes to desktop. i just fly around, jump, use the galaxy map, or just idle around and sometimes even at startup,the game stutters 3-4 times and crashes to desktop. a message pops up to send a crash report, with the statement: an error has accured that makes continuation impossible (as a general translation of my german game).
i tried overclocking, underclocking, changing the resolution and graphics options but nothing seems to affect the crashes, sometimes i play 3-4 hours unhindered, other times i crash afer 20 seconds of gameplay.
My specs for anyone wondering:
AMD ryzen 5 2600 six-core 3,4 ghz, 32 gb ram, 64 bit, geforce gtx 1660 ti (i have no clue if this is the way to organize this, please be gentle)
If ANYONE had any issues similiar to mine, please help a new commander out, or refer me to an existing thread.
