If you are destroyed but have no criminal record you will be returned to the nearest non hostile dock that is capable of receiving your ship rather than the current default of the last place you docked.
If you have a criminal record, unpaid fines bounties and the like, you will appear in the nearest detention centre probably a mega ship somewhere.

Makes sense, was a bit confused as it was specifically under the Crime heading on the patch notes.

Don't get your hopes too high. In the Beta it was NATO alphabet, and limited to only the first three letters.

I'm still hoping they upped the limit for the spoken ship ID from 3 to 6.

Could you imaging EA doing 'anything' like this to any of their products? I o7 all at FDEV for going above and BEYOND (did you see what I did there?) all expectations with regard to this patch. And they did it for free.

It was not there on original notes, but perhaps "Edited. Today at 12:39 PM" might explain that change.

Perhaps an earlier look and more details look needed on your part?

Adding the extra weight of all the additional supplies and life support and furniture for the additional crew will seriously degrade the Keelbacks OP status mind you it will still be a match for a wing of 3 Harmless Haulers.

This means I can dock using voice attack command. Don't know how long I've been waiting for this fix. Well over 2 years I think.
