Jack, I'm not sure the hull damage is new, though my ASP at least tends to go only to 98% from one interdiction... however, I think it only happens if you fight the interdiction? So if in real danger with low hull, might actually be safer to drop, and re-jump.

Yes, you are right - the damage occurs only when I don't slow down and drop myself. I've done very little fighting as my Cobra has no weapons so I'm a little unsure about how these pew-pew related things are supposed to work :)

is anyone having issues with the discovered by? i found 2 virgin systems and scanned every planet in both of them but am only credited as finding them on half. the rest show up as blank tho i do have the details.

i will put a ticket in now

Fuel Scooping intermittently fails

Another one for 1.1.03, fuel scooping seems to completely fail on coming out of hyperspace for suns that are blatantly scoopable, - this doesn't happen every single time however. The fuel scoop doesn't even kick in. Alongside the missing and poor sounds, it takes a huge amount of immersion out of what was an incredible soundstage.
 
Since I'm not allowed to start a competing thread with a list on the forums, can the original post list known bugs, like it says it should? It would be nice to have a place to go to see which bugs are confirmed so I know what to avoid, and preferably how to avoid them if there's a way.

Here was my list from the closed thread:
Selling Cartographic pages does not work, it just lets you sell the same page over and over again, some players only
Workaround: after selling each page, sell an individual system. This should bring you to the next page.

Civil Wars Do Not Work, fighting in them and cashing combat bonds provides no benefit, except increasing your rep with the enemy you destroyed, all players
No known Workaround, don't expect civil wars to work I guess

NPCs ignore restrictions on jumping away, able to jump through obscured targets and when mass-locked, all players
At least they can't jump with hardpoints deployed anymore!

Expanded Factions cannot gain influence, this does not effect all expanded faction systems, only some, but those it does effect the factions cannot gain influence at all, all players some systems
Workaround: Try to expand into a different system instead, don't waste your time once this is expected.

Hey anyone else having issues with weapons today. I still have the loaned pulse lasers attached to my eagle. I get the sound and power drain but I see no lasers firing and even at point blank range i get no hits on ships. The ship is fully repaired. I have a chain gun which seems to function just fine.
 
There seems to be a bug when interdicting Imperial Clippers. If they submit, you will consistently get the full cooldown, while they get a very short one. This was happening before 1.1 as well - and is still happening. Is this as intended? I almost can't believe that - so I'm assuming it's a bug and posting of it here. ;)
 
System: 70 Ophiuchi - Conflict zone

I have encountered several instances of enemy ships continually flying in circles. They were also indestructible (shields not going down despite long attacks)
I assume it is a known issue but I ticketed it anyway.
 
CMON Devs the sound is still crap from the last 2 patches. It's washed out and I have to keep adjusting volume on the fly now. The "propeller" hum of the ASP is totally gone and entering and leaving hyperspce reduce volume then it increases again. Its actually so poor its making me not want to play. The sound was one of the greatest assests of this game and now it is totally gone.
 
Hi there ! With latest Update 1.1.03 ... I am noticing A lot of Lag or Frame drops around Large planets in Solo mode.

What caused the damage to the ship when forced out of FSD is inertia. With so many forced being put onto the ship (light speed to 0) and uncontrolable spin, hull and system damage are expected. That is why sparks are flying all over the place on the forced exit. :)

Can you be more specific? How do you know that star is scoopable?

Can you be more specific? How do you know that star is scoopable?

You can scan it and look at the map? I haven't played 1.1 for a minute and if sound is broken, that's just cherry on the top.
 
After yesterdays patch, to 1.1.03,
Started seeing the disappearing landing pad holograms again, also the friendly fire issue is back, i.e. in a fight NPC security forces passes between me and the target, gets hit by the beam laser, and instant 400Cr fine and wanted Status.
 
"Abandon your attempt to kill pirate". Why these kind of proposals reset the count of pirates we killed? It's really annoying: I just got reset from 5/7 to 0/7

I agree, this is my top bug now. I was on 5/6 in Yembo this morning and was just about to drop into a USS when I remembered this and veered away lest I encounter this one again. (managed to get number 6 after an epic battle in an RES).
 
For me the main problems (solo mode) since 1.1 and 1.1.03 are:

Sound is terrible - engine sounds fade in an out, it's intermittent and sometimes just disappears, music is barely audible, no base sounds coming through, a shadow of what it was before the patch which is a huge shame as the sound was truly excellent

Not being able to redeem bounties because the issuing faction does not have a station/outpost. As I'm a bounty hunting a lot of the time this is putting a big dent in my earnings and cluttering up my transaction screen. I'm assuming this is a bug rather than a design feature...please tell me its a bug.

Frame rate issues in general but mostly around gas giants, ringed planets and larger planets. The game turns into a series of screen savers - frustrating at the best of times, game breaking during combat or docking.

Docking lights / pad number bug still in effect - last night at an outpost after getting docking permission I had no lights whatsoever to guide me - had to try all of the medium pads before I found the right one and even then the docking target didn't appear so I had to fumble around before I could dock.....really annoying.

In general the games feels really unstable....I'm now avoiding combat as I'm never sure when the game will turn into a slide show, loose sound or just disconnect/crash.
 
Is anyone else finding that the cops seem to have been blindfolded? The number of times they've clipped me whilst doing a flyby scan in the last 24 hours is silly. Not doing masses of damage, ~5% in my unshielded clipper but when they're doing it this frequently the repairs add up
 
Using Skype makes Elite very quiet. Anyone else notice this? It's not just me - happening to other people I know. As soon as a skype call connects, Elite goes to about 25% volume relative to what it was.

I confirm this.
But I've found that mostly the navy ships interdict me.
It is very annoying.

seems to be more than a 1 off as handed in 4 more virgin systems and it is missing my name off maybe 20% of the undiscovered bodies.

yes i handed in.

not seeing some of the other issues in the thread tho. scoopable stars working fine for me. sucks if it happens tho!

all in all for the record I am loving 1.1. just signing your name on systems is so cool and being the only ship on a platform in the last 24 hrs makes it all feel nicely desolate. :) (sorry i just wanted to end my bug on a positive note)
