Elite Dangerous Client messes around and doesn't work properly

The Client makes doesn't really stay in one position (some sort of autistic movements) and I can't really do anything about it. I tried everything reinstalling I followed every step that the support has to offer but it doesn't help.
I hope you guys can help.

Okay but on second thought I found something in the support.
Maybe it could a third party program named Geforce Experience and I think ED doesn't like that.

It was down for me too (ps4). Servers seem to be back up now.

I think they're the same servers but instances are segregated by platforms (ps4 players will only be instanced with other ps4 players, etc).
