The whole game wouldnt be changed like that one was though.

Only a small part of it. Everything else would remain the same. Why dont you guys understand this?

If so, then I’ll infiltrate your discord and make one comment, screen grab it, and establish the sentiment for your entire player faction. Deal? Because this is again you grabbing at faint straws trying to justify that the only real meat to your point of view is your opinion. That direct PvP is more fun. Not for everyone buddy. And this is a fight your losing badly.

When the developer has endlessly stated, restated and carved in stone the ability for all modes to interact with the BGS, the sanctity of the modes, the equality of the modes and more besides it is fundamental mate. You need to realise that what you are asking for could also spawn what you would despise the most, what you want wouldn't come without caveats, that could be a flagging system or any number of compromises to please 'the other side', you must see that.

I'm happy with it now thanks. Things can always improve, but the game you are pushing where my play time is meaningless isn't of interest. Turn it into a PvP fest and we might as well get rid of 99% of the star systems, landing on planets etc because all that becomes meaningless in favour of mindless laser fun.

Go for it. Im just saying there are active BGS members that would like to see change. And im sure some dont.

Im not losing the fight. As a matter of fact its probably already won and over long ago.

See games are on a developmental timeline. They are way ahead in plans.

There is design and implementation. And then there is stuff set way in the future. Kinda like how the announced squadrons at the end of last year. For the end of this year.

But that was introduced and spoke about WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY before that. And now we are in the middle of this. They probably already have all this hashed out already. It takes time to implement everything else.

This stuff doesnt happen over night.

See this goes back to when I was a part of WoW. There is so much that goes into this stuff you really dont get until you experience it, or go to school for it.

Hardly lost this fight mate. Not by a long shot.

There is an objective here above anything else. And thats to curve toxicity by giving and understanding to PVP.

Ed spill the beans, he said they are working on it. How they address it is "Beyond" me.

makes me wonder if HE was the one who made the comment.. or if he Photoshoped them in... because if you look at what I posted... those comments are not there...

He made them do it with his constant trolling and newbie ganking - so much so, they are killing PvP after 14 years.

If he does the same here, PvE'ers will be able to claim Open Mode in 11 years time!

I agree with you, it is already won and long over... that happened when Fdev posted the kickstarter... that you sadly think you "won" shows how delusional the argument is.

Just so you know, I'm an explorer so I'm not concerned in what happens with PvP at all. Haven't touched the bubble since October. I've my logs to back up my claim if you wonder ;)

Lets get back to page one. Why do you think the modes exist 90s? What use do you think the devs were thinking when they desinged them? Remember, they are an original feature of this game so it must have been a minded decision.
