How do you fix this please? I am waiting since 10 minutes... Nothing happens.

Edit: It is starting! It was so long, weird but problem fixed. Solution: Wait more.

Really?
2 hours to download an update over a full-fibre connection?
How big is the update file???????

So I'll have at least 2 hours where I can't play at all.

FDevs, please take note - either:
1 - Do something about the download speeds, or
2 - Notify us that an update is pending and give us a choice as to when to install it.

I'd much rather have played the game for a couple of hours, and then told it to download and install the update after I had finished.

Further to the above, in case anyone thinks to ask:

And I checked Task Manager to ensure nothing untoward was happening there - all clear.

steam user here , and it download speed like 700Mbps. This more like a Frontier sv connection issue

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
I bought it in the morning using elitedangerous.com and when I arrived home... NOTHING INSIDE THE GAME.
Of course the arxs are gone.

Did you try deploying it in a shipyard, and it just doesn't appear there?

If it's a genuine bug, issue a support ticket. The devs take these bugs (especially if loss of ARX is involved) very seriously and will fix the situation.

Once you obtain the stellar edition can you please share what internals are A rated?
I immediately sold everything and swapped in my own stuffs, but if I recall correctly, all core modules were full size, A rated and had Military grade armor and an SCO FSD. I think the Sensors and LS were even D rated 🤔? A 6C Bi-Weave, Size 3 Collector Limpet and a buttload of Cargo racks were also part of the package.

Edit:
Maybe someone else can back this up.

The download speed of FD's launcher sucks, as does the fact that the launcher shows server "status good" when they're offline for maintenance (my own personal gripe).

But there's an alternative launcher on GitHub, named something like "mini-ED launcher" which is much faster at updating.

Dear Frontier, while you are successfully stableised Lavelains "Lantern Light" station I would be appreciated if you take a look at mine now........After the Corsair update on april 9th you fixed Lantern Light and even sell a bobblehead on your ARX store. I feel deeply offended by this and find it very much disrespectful. I urge you to fix this, for all these cmdrs out there having a system like mine or other problems with your amazing update. Now to the good part. I am realy enjoying colonisation either way. Please be open to us about the beta progress. We are realy loving colonisation and want this to succeed.

Regarding personal gripes, there really should be an option to at least partially pre-fit a ship during purchase. It's really annoying to be told that you can't buy a ship because you're carrying more cargo than the new ship can hold, when you know full well you can add sufficient cargo racks to it to carry said cargo.

It's like needing to buy a bigger car to tow a trailer, only to be told that the car you want doesn't have a tow-hitch, so you can't have it. When I went down that route a while ago, the sales rep was more than happy to have their mechanics fit one and sort the wiring loom, just adding the cost to the purchase price. Result: one happy customer.

It would be handy if the same message popped up, but then gave you the option of going to the Outfitting menu so you could add racks or automatically adding the minimum configuration of racks to accommodate the carried cargo.
The only time this wouldn't work would be if you were purchasing a smaller ship that would never have sufficient cargo space to cope.

A good idea. I had recently terrible troubles with prebuilt modules engineering a Cobra mk5, until I realised I'd forgotten to sell all the limpets I had before changing ships. Worth suggesting to FD, but how you'd go about that I don't know!
