On page 4 you got a list of three settlements from Mako Mori - I have scanned them all.What do you scan and where?!
A minor aside to this, a Beaufort cipher with a key of 'z' is functionally an Atbash cipher. The difference being the complexity of encryption/decryption since the Beaufort cipher uses a full tabula recta and requires a key whereas Atbash just reverses the alphabet.

The creepy cobweb decals from a couple of years ago, they go well with midnight black, not so well with this
Not sure if it was scanning all the comms relays on the surfaces or the trial beacons in orbit. I got a bad ass paint job for this 70+ ly I have. Paint job has no effect on jump range. cheers.

you need to follow the hints in the three "The Trial" logs to the corresponding ground bases and scan the settlement logs. The signal beacons alone are not enough.
