I thought that I Sola Prospect was supposed to become like a Founders world type of station after the last CG happened, to get it upgraded.
I recently visited the station and it certainly wasn't, no ships there to buy or anything much really. I assumed that I'd got the wrong end of the stick for this CG.
Glad to see it was a bug! Very nice to have a station available that anyone can use without needing some ridiculously hard to get permit

I suppose it is progress, having a new revised version. I personally don't have a problem with updating.
I'd be happy when updates stop giving me multiple ( and i do mean MULTIPLE ) validation errors each time, fed up having to click ok on the error message and click the update button over and over again till it finally gets through all of them, there were 27 validation error messages on this install, anyone else seem to get all these error messages when updating?
I cannot upgrade, it downloads and at the end of the download I get this...

Mine was saying 2,800 since it was added, even though I had travelled to the Crab Nebula. I made many bug reports for it and then one day, without any warning or notification it updated itself to the correct distance.
Have you checked to see if yours does still say 69k? If it does I would create a new bug report and maybe reference this one https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=215301&highlight=max+distance
This makes me very happy, I finaly can turn that off again!
For the bandwidth challenged, Steam Horizons update is 942.5MB
If I had to guess, the launcher identifies your platform and gives you the correct update rather than you choosing it from a list.
Basically they dumbed it down for us.
What's the deal here... Steam updated a 1GB update file in <2 minutes for me (80MB/s fibre), however when I launch the game it's saying I need to re-install the launcher. Now this is taking an age. It's syncing files at around 3.8 MB/s max, however this is extremely unstable and is constantly dropping to 1MB/s and lower! Why is this necessary, why does it need sync files and why is it taking so long???
I'm confused. What does Tewi have to do with Bragur? Bragur is a bugged system, like the others you fixed. Why is it not being nullified like other systems, with your apology?
I am having the same experience. Soooo slooooooow.
Check that it's not downloading the non-Steam version of the game. Normally Steam updates your launcher automatically and you shouldn't accept the prompt to install a new launcher unless you want a 2nd copy of the game.
