For those experiencing these issues with Horizons, take note. If you are using the same licensed copy of Elite Dangerous on more than one console (you bought it, and have allowed someone else to download it onto a separate Xbox) then the other Xbox playing the shared game must have it's own seperate Horizons pass. If you have more than one Xbox, though the same licensed core game can work on multiple consoles, the Horizons pass will not. You will need to buy Horizons for each console. If that's not the issue, then delete Horizons (only Horizons), do a hard reset (hold power button for a full 10 seconds then unplug power supply directly from the console for 10 seconds) and then reinstall Horizons (10mb, takes 8 seconds). If neither of these two scenarios apply or work, then contact Xbox support. The issue may be your Xbox Live profile & account not communicating properly with the Xbox relay to Frontier's servers.
