Release Elite Dangerous HUD Mod (EDHM)

Just getting into this so it's probably a dumb question, but which setting controls the circled text? I like the pre-built theme I'm using (Silver & Blue, I think) but my speed reading gets washed out on-planet sometimes. Thanks!

This is the 'Main Text' color (in 'HUD Settings'). (xyzw77)
Your HUD brightness seems dim (in-game setting in the ship tab on the right panel), I think this also reduces readability a lot.

Heya!
So, I have some themes from the older version of EDHM. When I import and apply the, I still only have the original theme I was last using. Is there a way to get these ones to work?

Is there a setting that affects the color or the asteroids heat map? Mine appear more like cyan than gold.
There are PWA Asteroid Glow (z93 & xyzw41) and PWA Wavefront (w93 & xyzw42) settings that affect asteroid scanning.
In EDHM_UI, these settings are found in 'Special Effects > Night Vision', otherwise search directly for 'PWA'.

Is there an easy way to restore the original files/settings? I've uninstalled the mod, but want to be sure the relevant files are back to the original.

I briefly installed the mod, didn't change the main theme (kept the orange), and only tried the DSS and FSS mods. Then I uninstalled.

To make sure that EDHM is uninstalled, you can use the EDHM-Uninstall.bat file that is located in the game directory (if EDHM is not already completely uninstalled). (For example, with Elite installed with Steam: C:\Program Files\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\elite-dangerous-odyssey-64)

On the attached image, you will find all the files/folders added by EDHM in the game directory if you want to check manually.
Plugins like FSS Overlay are installed in the \EDHM-ini\3rdPartyMods folder, which is deleted along with EDHM.

If you have EDHM-UI installed, you can also open EDHM-UI then Main Menu > Uninstall Mod.

EDHM does not modify the game files, it only adds some so by deleting its files, the game returns to its original state.

Any chance we could get EDHM to work WITHOUT adding the d3d11.dll file? It's causing Virtual Desktop to fail in launching the EDLaunch.exe file. As soon as the .dll file is gone, it's gravy.

EDHM works with 3DMigoto. d3d11.dll is part of 3DMigoto, the game won't be able to load EDHM without this file.
I don't know if it's possible to run 3DMigoto with Virtual Desktop.
Perhaps the workaround used with OpenComposite could help you run 3DMigoto with Virtual Desktop : https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...cc-openxr-toolkit.602523/page-5#post-10036668

As discord isn't of any help for me, right now, I'll have to ask this here...

Where do I find the settings for the cargo scoop alignment mini game? I'm stuck with some quite dark blue in there.

You are in XML mode for the Cargo Scoop, so this applies the XML matrix of the current theme (Ship and Station Panels section).
Select Custom Color mode for the Cargo Scoop to apply your custom color.
Ah, okay. I definitely missed that. Thanks.
But I have to admit that I'm struggling a little with reading the EDHM UI. The lettering is a little too small for my old eyes, it seems. Is there a way I can change that?
