YOU havent been charged in the previous weeks, so the costs kept accumulating (accrued) and now they got all the credits that you owed them since they last charged you - several weeks ago

I think the explanation (we took your stuffz) is what caused the ticket.

It's not only about reading, but also about understanding what it means, which may have been a little more difficult than usual in this special case, especially if english isn't your native language.

For me all calculations are fair - my upkeep draw was for about 2,5 weeks (purchase FC in sunday evening).

One thing I've noticed is that I've been charged the standard 5 million crew fee for each Carrier, plus an inflated services fee. So maybe the backlog was implemented as that (i.e. the inflated services fee also includes the missing 5m crew-fee from previous weeks). Haven't been following this closely enough to check though.

Projected upkeep for this week looks OK.

There is always the possibility that this bug was obscuring other bugs

tbh I never pay much attention to my carrier's bank balance and the weekly fee on mine is always a bit different each week depending on how many jumps I have done.
