It's not only about reading, but also about understanding what it means, which may have been a little more difficult than usual in this special case, especially if english isn't your native language.I wonder if anyone reads anything around here!

One thing I've noticed is that I've been charged the standard 5 million crew fee for each Carrier, plus an inflated services fee. So maybe the backlog was implemented as that (i.e. the inflated services fee also includes the missing 5m crew-fee from previous weeks). Haven't been following this closely enough to check though.
Projected upkeep for this week looks OK.
