You just now owe combined upkeep for 3 weeks, since no money was deducted from your account 3 weeks in a row. It will probably be deducted next Thursday and upkeep will then return to normal.

That's the amount the next payment will be, after which presumably the weekly upkeep will return to normal with this fix.

Perhaps 'Weekly Upkeep' should be renamed to 'next payment'?
