Is there a minimum influence difference required, below which threshold the assets won't change hands, even if the owning side gets slightly decreased influence and loses on a majority of days of the war?

Not really, or not in practice if at least one side is contesting the conflict. Killing one ship or handing in a bond for one kill is enough to win an uncontested war, selling a single commodity, doing one mission etc similarly is enough for an election. It's possible to have a draw (almost always because neither side did any work) though. Can't remember the last time I paid any attention to the asset transfer or inf changes following a draw. @Ian Doncaster probably knows
There probably are situations where work done is even enough on both sides to constitute a draw by rounding error. AFAIK win lose or draw the separation afterwards & asset exchange follow consistent rules, bugs notwithstanding.
Draw's don't transfer assets [1] (drawn days are difficult to get if people are doing anything, drawn conflicts are straightforward enough if one of the days had no activity, of course). There is an influence separation to stop the conflict immediately restarting; as I recall it's smaller than the normal one, and probably not reliably in favour of any particular faction though I haven't really checked.
[1] Not that it applies in this thread, but for war-type conflicts Odyssey assets outside the main stakes of the war I'm fairly sure transfer normally according to wins at that site.

Has anyone had any luck on here? I’m still trying to find an active PS4/5 Squadron but am failing miserably. I see plenty of Squadrons on Inara with PS4 players but not many who actually look to be active. Indeed my own Squadron has PS4 players but there’s only me who’s still out doing stuff. I’m not looking to try and recruit by the way, I’m happy to drift over to your side if it’s worth me doing so. I’m currently exploring out in the Formidine Rift and while I enjoy exploration, it’s also boredom which has resulted in me just disappearing out into the Black. If anyone knows any active PS Squadrons please feel free to shout up.

AEDC are pretty active in Legacy (they are nearby to my territory), NPI (New Pilots initiative) seem to be too. TEF (The Elite Fleet) are mostly a PS4 player Group, I interacted with them via the BGS about a year ago.

I only have one contact, one of their members that switched over to PC Live. If you send me a private message (click on my avatar & choose 'start conversation') & give me your Cmdr name I'll pass it on to my contact for them to forward. As I understand it they chat on the playstation network which I don't have access to. Their home system is LHS 54, you could also try just going there & looking at the Cmdr names on their Fleet Carriers.

Just wanted to reach out to see if any of you are still active, and whether or not anyone has made the apparent mistake of upgrading to AMD's new RDNA 4 cards (9070 and 9070 XT), for I am getting a nasty lighting issue that makes Legacy unplayable at the moment (see my post in the PC section here).
I've reported the issue with AMD and posted about it on their forums, and also created an issue on Frontier's Issue Tracker for what it's worth. If any of you are in the same boat, I would appreciate you chiming in the hopes a hotfix may be implemented. I have a hard time believing this couldn't be resolved in a timely manner for someone over at AMD, especially with an assist from FDev.
That said, I know it's a long shot but I felt it was worth sending out an alert at least. Thanks for your time!
