If you're in the game right now, visit that station. Preferably in Open, because I'm there right now, looking at perfectly aligned people and terminals. They were floating at first, but I relogged.

Maybe they were. I don't know if you're playing in Open/Private Group/Solo, but if you're not playing in solo, the instance may not be unique to you, so if you relog you may enter the same one. The only certain method to verify it's a particular station problem or an instance is to relog in solo.
If you can verify that two consecutive solo relogs produce the same problem, then you can report it to FD as a problem with the station.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Seriously I can get the reactor going before the tickbox appears which then doesn't register progress. However turning the reactor off and on again fixes this...
Tried it, also supercruising in and out, nothing helped.
No mission indicator appeared in the upper right corner of the screen not just before landing not after disembarking
In the end i lost a PR (i noticed way too late that no progress was registered on the first mission - while being in supercruise and wondering why settlement is still blue) and i had to abandon all 3 missions and pay 300k in fines, but i did get to keep the other 2 PR
I can not, because i get this message: Unfortunately you are not able to submit an issue at this time.
Do keep trying, I had the same issue initially. Persistence is key!
