I've updated the list to give accurate numbers (again), and summarise the info we have so far (again).
I've advised the Red Lion that there will be close to 80 of us, I'll hear back from them later today to confirm there's no problem. Unless we keep track of this properly there may not be enough staff to keep the beer flowing. Please do your part and help us avoid this disaster - all you need to do is update this post properly.
When quoting this list PLEASE keep this text with it (and remove the quote tags so it remains quotable), so that nobody gets confused. Also try not to lost the red colouring, which denotes drivers with spare pax seats. Also if you're bringing a +1, put them on a separate line to make the numbers work.
This is the list for the pre-meet at Red Lion on Saturday starting between 4 and 4:30. Reply and add your username to this list of you're coming so we have a clue about numbers.

- It is right next to Whittlesford Parkway Railway station and the Whittlesford Holiday Inn Express, and about a 20-30min walk from the venue. The walk has good footpaths but you'll need a torch (phone app will do), and it involves crossing a couple of motorway sliproads.
- I'm in touch with the venue to confirm they will have enough space and staff to keep us dry, warm and refreshed.
- a pair of 8-seater cabs have been arranged to take us to IWM. They can do 2-3 runs each, so there should be enough space for everyone.
- Attendees who can provide lifts are marked in red.
Assumtions:
- Most people will not want walk but are happy to share cabs and pay for their ride on arrival at IWM.
- Everyone can sort out their own transportation at the end of the premier. You'll all have the cab numbers, may need to leave at different times to different locations, will probably self-organise at the event, and if all else fails its not that far to walk!
- There will be food at the premiere, so most people will just be having a couple of drinks at the red lion. If we need space to be seated and eat then things get more complicated.
- The Friday group will be much smaller and so won't need special organisation (although tracking the numbers would be useful to make sure)
