Elite: Dangerous Role Playing Game

Well yeah, they attacked the Kickstarter page. But the Kickstarter is over. The game is a finished product which is shipping supplements already and is available through retailers and from Spidermind direct. It's literally accomplishing nothing. Less than nothing in fact, if Spidermind can spin some fresh media attention and publicity for the game from this.
I presume it's a matter of them attacking the card game and needing to also go after this to be consistent, but yeah, it's just a pointless afterthought right now.

Given that it's been 2 months this time that the KS page has been down, I'm guessing this time round the trolls actually provided KS with something to ostensibly back up their claims, unlike the first time where it was reinstated in a month?

Sadly its been three months and still KS are doing nothing. I get that they might want to put something on hold for a little while to let everyone get in touch and any aggrieved party set out why they think their copyright has been infringed, but 3 months? letter from us, from lawyers and still nothing. how long is long enough to get in touch and does that turn into abusing KS and taking the mick?

That sucks guys. I was thinking about buying the product for material. Have you guys considered izing Starfinder?

Honestly, at this point "Ian Bell Elite Rights LLP" should consider rebranding themselves as "Faulcon DeLacy".

Given how they've proven themselves to be a bunch of snakes.
