I am starting to get really frustrated by the randomness of things inserted into the entire process of colonisation.
The lack of control is maddening at times.
I did another 'side project', this time a tripple star system with 8 Space Slots. Intention was to get a primary High Tech Economy and especially H.E. Suits on the market. As such, I started with a Coriolis, something which I could easily do even before solo in the Cutter (let alone the Panther).

Again, this didn't work out as planed. I got the HighTech Interior all right, but the market is not what I had hoped for.
Luckliy, as this system is a bit larger than my first side project, I slapped in another dockable station (in this case a HighTech Outpost), which has the H.E. suits I wanted, just that it is some 135.000 ls away from the main star (ok, this is minor inconvenience these days, as I can simply hop into a Cobra V, Corsair or Type 8).
I know it is still 'Beta' and all, but progress on the Beta seems to be awefully slow, communication about what the end goal and which state is planed basically non-existent and thus, from discussions with other Architects, I get the feeling that I am not the only one that fears we end up with another half-baked, never-finished feature here, especially with Vanguards around the corner now.
Give us more direct control of the economy at least please?
Allow us to select what is sold or point out clear requirements for each good to appear and please fix the mixed economy mess that weak links and overrides cause.
Economy Influence by bodies need to be toned down a lot to be able to neutralize them if we want something different.
