I think there is a case for restricting access to the colonisation contact to the system architect in a newly built primary port to prevent snipers taking the juicy system you are aiming to colonise. From my own experience and that of others this is a thing. A player/s wait for you to complete the primary port, or even complete it for you, then snipe all the juicy new systems you have opened up. I would suggest 72 hours as a suitable figure, my reasoning being if you haven't logged in after 3 days then you're not that interested in expanding futher.
Is it possible for someone else to complete your system? I know they can provide goods, but I assumed the system architect was the only one able to complete the process whereby a new station was created.

Oops, my bad. Yes I forgot the pop up screen asking you to confirm, so maybe just 30mins delay.
 
I have just experienced the bug where I appear to have an extra construction site added to the system after I started my third space farm. Instead of appearing where I clicked it to be (Yellow box) it has appeared in the asteroid belt (red box) and I still have the original construction site available on the map. I have no free construction points available so I cannot test if the extra construction site is valid or not. Thought I'd post it here just in case it helps diagnosis.

Also I am certain someone will have posted about this however, installations all say they have medium docks however, they do not seem to have any docks (at least I cannot find one on any of these that I have built).

Last thing is a request for improved gas giants. Ideally I'd like them to have moving clouds and storms, which I think could be relaxing to look at however, a more detailed image / texture would do. The reason for this is the current image / texture looks quite low quality when you are up close on a construction site.
 
Also has there been an update am noticing increased pause/stutters in game followed by a drop in fps also aliasing looks considerably worse than normal. I mean my pc could just be naffed but all other games are working fine. Unless edo just gets jealous that I'm two timing them lol

I sense there will be lots of confused and frustrated players when they spend big hours building their Coriolis station and upon completion find it next to useless with no shipyard and awful market that sells biowaste and scrap.

I fully understand. I get it: the player must build other facilities to make the Coriolis function. What is the right combo of facilities?... who knows! It is really not obvious and players are figuring it out. And we will. My point is this: unless the player is visiting the forums and doing some research there is no way to know this. From their POV they just wasted a bunch of time building a useless Coriolis stn. Only if they google the internet will they discover they are only 50% of the way to making a Coriolis with shipyard and good markets.
 
This is SO cool. Just finished my first station, and i LOVE that the concourse is empty and under construction(except for Apex). Fun to hang out in, my perfect introvert zone.

I did find a bug which i will submit, where if you added your colonization ship as a favorite, once it departs, if you try to remove the favorite, the game boots you to the main menu with "black adder" error.

Yup. The expectation management failed for a lack of good docco here.
 
Btw., one question.. does someone got carrier administration services in a colonized system? Maybe in a tier 3 port, which i dont have? thx in advance!

Yeah we need the content creators to fill the information void.

From what I've read think it may have something to do with tech level, basically build more techy stuff lol. Also will need colony types for the people's plus agriculture to feed the people's the list goes on lol

Yeah, same for me. I have three fave'd bookmarks that I can't delete. I Completely get why it happens, but it's annoying as my Faves list is out of order now.

It also says, "Could not validate with Transaction server" (or similar)

yep - mee too, running on 60 FPS, all fine & good, but at least 5 to 10 times a minute the screen seems to stutter/hang for some 50 ms, occasionally one can glimpse a (4 x ?) enlarged frame, then it goes back to normal....
very annoying, even without VR. with VR I can image completly immersion breaking.
Also the duration of the stutter varies, sometimes nearly not recongnizable, sometimes up to 0.5 sec - comes along inconvenient if you try to time your SCO Boost.
DId overshoot frequently just because of that.

Didn´t report it as I thought my rather old Graphy Card would be the reson, but as You experience it too, well....

I keep getting a message saying the 'system claim is unsuccessful.' The system is unclaimed and has no population. It shows development sites (both orbital and ground) and shows green on the colonization map. I have plenty of credits to cover the 25M cost. The same thing was happening before colonization was shut down for these last few weeks.
The system is in range and I have tried from a couple of in-range systems nearby.
There are 2 FCs in the system but nothing else except planets and stars.
Upon selecting 'configure primary port,' I have tried to select all of the 'outpost' types, each time without success.
The error message is completely unhelpful in determining what's wrong. I don't understand.

There is apparently a bug related to this and the update is going to put something in place. See the release notes:
