Remember Fleet Carrier jump time are dynamic now. More Carriers trying to jump = longer wait times.

You might have just died at some point and lost your exploration data for the system - that's happened to me in two systems now. scan it all and they should come back.
Same. same. Its alittle frustrating but I can make do with finishing my current planetary outpost

I looked at he galaxy map 2 days ago, and can confirm that, with all the colonisation and development that went on while I've been (and am) out in the black, The Bubble should now be more rightfully called The Solid.8000 systems...
Soon the "bubble" will be the nature reserve that's kept away FROM being colonized.
I'm curious if there are additional issues or concerns (https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/72618). Without delving into too much detail, developers can contact me directly for specific examples, while keeping commander names anonymous. Recently, I've observed colonization beacons being placed in systems that are more than 15/16 light years away from any Depots or Outposts. I'm not sure if others have noticed this as well.

8000 systems....it only takes some 1500 systems to create a string of new colonies all the way to Colonia,
No, I didn't. I have checked that 10 times. Planet is missing not only on the map but also physically in the system. Completely disappeared. And I'm not the only one with this problem.
Planets scanned and Claimed yet after outpost completion data disappears
so I scanned my system with the FSS wasted 40 minutes as I had never used this tool before but completed it with 59 bodies. I claimed it , built and outpost and then all the data disappears again. Basically only showing the 3 suns. I have to do this all again , is this a BUG. its annoying...

More likely a colony launched from your own colony which just got finished, the colonization megaship will return to the system from where the colony has been launched.

I just completed an outpost, and while I could reroll its name and apply that successfully, I can't purchase a manual name. When the inputted name gets approved, I try to click the blue Confirm button (with the Arx icon next to it), and nothing happens. No Arx is deducted, and the name isn't changed.
Is this related to the claim contact suspension, or is it something different?

They said the loss of the tag is just a graphical bug, my concern since once I lost the tag other cmdr managed to make the claim of my system, the thing is more worrying
