brilliant thanks. and 1 last question (does not need to be you but anyone who has done a bit of this. if I am in a station with a few facilities. is the only reason the colonisation guy would be offline is just a bit of server lag? as in there is no legitimate reason why this station would have the colonisation offline ?

i dont know i seem to have the same issue

Yes, and pick any unclaimed system up to 15ly from that station.
