Besides the Colonisation Carrier will there be any other new player owned / controlled ships or ground vehicles that are unique to the Colonisation features.

Not sure if it's been asked, but what is the initial purchase price to place a claim on a system to colonize? Is it similar to the base price of the Fleet Carrier of 5 billion credits or higher?

Will you implement extremely high colonisation costs and requirements to ensure it becomes true end-game content, catering to the most dedicated and seasoned players before anyone, so as to avoid FC fiasco?
