The first comment reads "looks like they are going around and doing it to lots peoples projects at random". This is from some user, not FDEV. BTW the second comment links to some other website forum where people say whatever they want.in the links read the first comment

the forum is a famous cheat forum it has ED cheats and a bunch of other game cheats.

I don't know what they did, but i had to accept a training mission first at planet surface first and skip it before i could resume my game.
This is from another site and certainly no confirmation of anything but people posting whatever they want on the internet. It is certainly no reason to say that FDEV identified anybody nor about what would happen to him or his assets in game.
