Elite Dangerous Universe Vs The Borg

borg, they'd adapt after taking a few losses

They never adapted to species 8472, which are organic and somewhat similar to thargoids.

Who knows, we haven't seen thargoids yet. But the borg would absolutely whoop up on Elite human ships (8km engineered weapon range? really?)

Even the "small" Voyager would rip any Elite ship apart, as its shields are able too 100% block laser-fire and physical projectile fire as well.

We use lasers, we couldn't even get through the navigation shields of a Federation starship, so we couldn't destroy the voyager, or even the delta flyer, then there is the fact that starfleet vessels use phasers not lasers, we'd have no chance.

So if ED ships can't beat the United Federation of planets, then imagine the borg that nearly destroyed the federation with just one cube.

"Victory is irrelevant
Thargoids are irrelevant
The Borg will prevail, the Thargoids will service us......."

Huge bang , big explosion

The Thargoids destroyed them! Never underestimate an angry Thargoid!

Sorry, meant to add that actually I think Species 8472 would be a bigger threat to the Thargoids if we are staying in the Star Trek Universe. Or maybe the Thargoids ARE Species 8472......

Elite: Dangerous ships would lose to just about any other sci fi setting currently. They'd get splatted from several light-seconds away while they try to close to 3km. :p

Actually ED ships are more advanced than star trec ships if you actually Do research, Ed has phase technology worm wormhole capability and Ed ships are better at handling

Plus the borg die to a virus, and that's already been done in the ED universe
