To all Commanders with Alexa,
I wanted to share a new skill I published, Unofficial Elite: Dangerous Wiki. The skill can pull from any article and sub article. By default, it starts at the top of the article and reads one section at a time, but you can also ask for a specific section to start reading from.
Default Example:
"Alexa, ask Elite: Dangerous wiki, what is Earth" - Starts at the top of the Earth article.
Section Specified Example:
"Tell me about the formation of Earth" - Starts at Formation section and continues to the end.
Along with a speech response, text gets sent to your companion app and, in most cases, a picture will be included. The skill also does not use a cached version of the wiki, which means edits to articles will be seen by the skill and reflected in the response. This skill works really well with my other skill, Unofficial Elite: Dangerous Ship Assistant.
