"Turning a powering module off now correctly causes it to produce no power"

Does this now provide a way that we can switch everything off then? Do you die?
 
No mention of the new modules, or is it worded in a way I may have missed it?
I couldn't find any information about them in Beta patch notes as well.

Unless they weren't meant for release yet of course.

Er.. this seems a bit odd. How can we reboot a system thats been destroyed? How long does the module remain unusable after its been broken?

- Made the Vultures shield smaller to fit the ship better

Can you clarify please? It means that the max shield class is now a lower one, or did you just reduced it via code/raw value, leaving the class intact?

It fixes only a few % at the expense of something else.
It's like a "temporary hot fix" to get the module online, so you can get to safety and get it fixed.

Bad terminolgy. They mean a module that is so damaged that it no longer functions. You can repair it by cannibalising another module, which takes more damage than you fix on the damaged one. Basically a way to temporarily get a system working at very low health.

It's like having a burned out fuse and you have a fuse in another system but it's not quite right so you take wires from over here, wrap them around the fuse, insert it into the fuse box to temporarily get them to work. You just messed up two systems to get one up temporarily.
 
- Fix issue where kills against orcas in assassination missions were not counting

No compensation for the rep lost abandoning missions after killing the same mob 3 times and it not counting.

No fix for the ridiculous situation of being given a kill mission by a minor faction to kill other minor faction ships and lose rep with both minor faction and major faction. :(

Still trying to understand why I keep playing, I guess it's blind hope it will all come good by 2020.
