Elite / Frontier Elite Frontier Theme score

I've been listening to the Lave Radio Escape Velocity series (which is great) and it's inspired me to want to learn to play the Elite Frontier theme tune on my Ukulele. Has anyone got any easy score / Tab / musical note listing type thing that I can start from?

Please note I'm not Ukulele guru so this is likely to not be a quick activity.

Thanks Terry. I've got the first two lines/bars or whatever sorted but I've come to the realisation that a standard tuned ukulele doesn't have the range needed. This means I'm going to try an alternative tuning and I need to replace a string. I'm going to have to walk into a shop and ask for a low g string. That could be interesting .
