Maybe as a millionaire you could start doing charity work?.. I'm sure there's lots of poor impoverished systems..
You know each Elite rank is nothing but a time sink right? They have no benefit on the game in any shape or form currently. How about have all the ships fully 'A' graded, them take each one to Sag 'A' n back with screenshot evidence, r u triple Elite? Cos there's that too if not I guess.
Summarized: if you have a lot of money, tried everything, there isn't any more exciting options...![]()

Its simply a word on the side panel, whose worth has been heavily devalued over time. Ironically enough, I thought that game development has moved passed the point where a single word is enough motivation for a player to sink hundreds of hours in to attain.
Perhaps your game is over...
How many hours do you have in to this game? Even really good games can only give you so much. I had 60 hours into Fallout before I bought any DLC. I was satisfied with 60 hours for $60.
Maybe give it a break for a week or two.
When the games mechanic loop always ends in said virtual money, yeah it ends up being relevant, since after all its the only end result available. Even reputation fails to exist outside the loop, in addition to its effects only applying to said loop.Yeah, because virtual money or point scores are SO much more relevant than a title.![]()

I would really like to see the ability to build your own little empire. Once you have so much money there is not reason why you wouldn't build your own station, maybe even two eventually, contract mission items on the bulletin board to draw players that would help build your influence in your system. Gain mining rights or other rights over your own world that your station orbits. When planetary landings come into play FD could implement a simplified version of SimCity that would let you build a capitol city per se... and then rule your own world. Partake in missions that improve your economy or require you to squelch and uprising, enhance trade and build your planets exports and financial power. After you do this you could build your station's influence to extend through the whole system and build a capitol ship of your own to make your own, true, player created war that if successful, results in you controlling your entire solar system. Background simulation runs as you decide to expand your sphere of influence slowly so that you eventually are able to build another station in another system and restart the process until you control the GALAXY!!!
Anyway... this is a dream I have. Caveated however to specifically state that through this whole process at any time you should be able to go do whatever you want in your ship. Potentially even appoint an NPC that will automatically maintain the status quo of your empire while you're gone (only for a price however), and definitely NOT improve your empire in your absence. You should be required to be actively involved in your empire if that is what you are working towards.
Try and kill a bigger ship, e.g. python, anaconda? Try and kill multiple commanders at the same time?Already done. Oh, I got a video from a combat, a FDL against me combat logged, I have evidence... So it is interesting, how should be a real combat this way?
Just like when you killed me with no warning and for no reason. I'm watching you potato; welcome to my list.
Question was not for joke.
Is there any options for veteran players or only for beginners?
Missions are joke at this level, piracy is joke, explore is boring, scan, jump, scan, jump...
So what?
I think I'm not the only player who is close to this level or reached this level "what should I do now"?
