The ironic thing is it's mainly bounty hunters who are combat logging against pirates rather than traders. It affects bounty hunters too if their player with a million cr bounty disconnects.

There is a thread about combat logging and how FD plans to do something about it. If you'd like to talk about it over there we can. I was just trying to make a meme. To be frank I think the subject has been beaten to a pulp and all that's left are the blowhards and trolls. And I feel like I'm leaning towards becoming the latter in that thread. so with that i say!!
