In my experience as a small independent player fraction in Alliance space the Alliance is the pit bull (with rabies). Alliance is like biggest batch of war mongers in the game.

LHS 3006 is not a Mahon control system.
It is merely exploited by Mahon through Opala.
But Opala's been Mahon for quite a while now. (I'd have to trawl back through the Mahon Reddit to see when it changed hands, maybe I can fact check that laterz, but from memory it's a long time)

There's not a lot left in the bubble that isn't part of someone's PowerPlay exploitation zone. And the last time a zone was left empty of PowerPlay Frontier set up Yuri Grom there. (SEPP territory from memory - I might be wrong)

Neither INARA nor eddb.io have 'Confederates of Vulcan' as a Minor Faction.
Are you even in-game yet or just camping at Nimoy station because you like Star Trek?
LHS 3006 is listed as being ruled by Movement for LHS 3006 Coalition which is a Fed Confederacy. So even when you do get in game, you'll be fighting Feds not Alliance.
So I gotta say I'm finding a bit of credibility gap about your mistreatment.
If you've got a PowerPlay complaint - you kinda need to actually talk to the Alliance Office of Statistics.
And I struggle to see how you've got a BGS complaint if your faction is not in the game yet.
