Very little of my 8 bn in liquid credits came from mining. Far more of it came from winging up with friends, stacking up wing massacre missions, and obliterating conflict zones to work BGS. The same could be done with pirate massacre missions, too. Is it as profitable as mining? Probably not when compared to the top prices that can be earned on mined goods, but it is far from a pauper's wage.
