I've done various trade missions for Azimuth Biotech CGs and allied with them. I'm currently in HIP 22460 and did not get that message.

Yeah I’m not getting them either. I’ve gotten all of the Salvation emails and missions in the past and completed them, but I’m not getting these ones. Maybe they only go out to whenever is online at the time?

You definitely have to be online and in the system at the right moment. Possibly also signed up/participating in the current CG, not sure about that.
