There is a database called EDSM that holds the records you seek.
It logs records for every scanned body, from players using a third party tool called Elite Dangerous Discovery.

One thing you do need to check with the records for ELWs is whether the records include the "hand-carved" worlds manually added to the game and the Terraformed worlds within the bubble, or only the procedurally-generated worlds. As New Africa clearly demonstrates, weird things can happen with ELWs that are manually added, and as this recent thread of mine notes, not all Terraformed planets necessarily obey the laws of nature and common sense in terms of what makes a planet livable to humans.
