General / Off-Topic Elysium similar to a certain game?

Was able to watch some of the film "Elysium" yesterday. Some of the computer interfaces on the space station looked very similar in style to the HUD in the cockpit of a certain space game soon to be released.

Looks like a good film, but the jerky camera motion felt like it was going to cause me to have a fit ( and I don't suffer from fits)

The film sounded like Battle Angel Alita to me, which I've already seen so I'm not too fussed about revisiting it :)

I meant the whole cyborg trying to eke out a living on a junk world while the privileged few live on a platform floating high above them. Seems a bit samey.

That said, the Deponia trilogy is quite entertaining despite having a similar plot (replace "Cyborg" with "Rufus, a Selfish, lazy, walking disaster area") and having a puzzle difficulty way above my usual Monkey Island tolerance. The start to "Chaos on Deponia" had me literally laughing as Rufus's new friend extolled Rufus's virtues to his doubting wife while Rufus accidentally trashed their house behind them.

I have yet to see it - but am looking forward to the experience.
