Emergency help needed

Well, the typical causes are not powered module, insufficient power or no scarab stocked. Your screenshots rule those out. Judging from the pictire of where you are landed the ground is super uneven. I landed but not had enough ground clearance for my SRV. Try landing in a more flat area and deploy.

Sorry that nobody told you this sooner, but you cannot deploy the SRV while your canopy is broken. Your only hope is to get to a station or carrier.

If you haven't already, call the fuel rats. They specialize in this kind of thing and might have some better ideas.

That must have been patched out then. You could previously and drive around in the SRV indefinitely.

@PiggyPiggyPig, if you still have 20 restocks of synthesis you have 2 hours to beat feat to the closest station.

If this isn't too late you can synthesis life support refills and top up your oxygen from the right panel using 2 iron and 1 nickel. Outside of that, you need to get to a station and dock to make repairs.

Alternatively, what is your exact location? If it's not to far out in some backwater I can jump there in my FC so you can dock to make repairs. I only have about 1000 LY range with the tritium onboard at the moment. You could post the system name and nearest body and log off. I can jump there and you dock to make repairs with the remaining oxygen.

I'm a million miles from nowhere unfortunately, but that was a very kind offer.

My exact location is SYSTIMBUIA LY-H D10-796 LANDED.

Ah, the SRV won't deploy because no canopy. That explains it. Thanks

I have 15 refills x 7 minutes of air left but a jump range of 53 I think. Is it possible to travel 4,900 ly and dock with an FC?
I think realistically that should give me about 70 minutes of travel time. Of course i am well above any neutron highway, in the galactic plain.

You have a 7A fuel scoop so unless your run hot you should be able to refill enough for your next jump in the time it takes to traverse around the sun and line up for your next jump. If you plot a direct course to the closest station and limit yourself to 30 seconds between jump, honk jump again you can cover over 7000 lys in 70 minutes. suthesis at the 1 minute mark and you can bump your oxygen up to 90 minutes.

Worst case scenario, if it looks like you can make it log out again and post your positions. Someone may be able to help. Heck, a mining laser and any rock is enough to get more materials for synthesis. You're on PC right? If no one can help you out by tomorrow I'll zip out to your location in my DBX and scout some rocks with the materials to keep you topped up on synthesis and will bring lasers to knock off some materials.

Right, I was about to suggest the same thing. The Fuel Rats have kept many clients alive by mining iron+nickel drops for them in rings en route to a station.

Otherwise, it'll be tight but OP ought to be able to make it to the Empyrean Straits DSSA carrier (The Lemon Drop [XFK-0TW] in Gleeque HW-N e6-149), which will be guaranteed to have services working and docking open. Neutron jumping would help if you can manage it without a canopy, and that close to the core Spansh should know about enough neutron stars to get you started. You'll need to cut it close to get the most out of each life support refill, but keep in mind that it takes almost 30 seconds to synthesize so you have to start the synth with at least that much time to spare.

Yeah I'm on PC. Never docked on a FC before. I assume its basically the same as docking at a station. I suppose I could just use autodocking. And yes I too found the Lemon Drop at Gleeque HW-N e6-149. I just hope it is there when I arrive lol.

The fuel scoops quick. I'm pretty much filled up by the time I exit the star. No problems there. I suppose I could just keep running until I'm almost out and use the refuelling time to do an air refill. I need to plot a course.

Great tip on the 1 minute refill. I've been refilling at 2-3 minutes remaining and that has wasted me a lot.

And yes, worst case, if it doesn't look like I won't make it then I will log out and post my position and maybe seek further assistance, but it's a lot to ask of anybody. Their real life time and in game sacrifices are too much to ask.
I will give it my best shot but failing that, well it's just a game. :) No big deal.

I'll restart at Colonia , my last stop and head back to where I was. I have snapshots of all the good finds. :)

Thanks guys!!

And Zannry, too kind an offer, very much appreciated but let me seek help from fuel rats as they like doing it. They like sadistic pain. :)
This will be a first for me. lol
