i use A-Dock on my type 9 as it is a bit of a brick to manuever. On a number of occassions i have recieved fines for both tresspassing and reckless flying as NPC Belugas and Keelbacks frequently get stuck and occupy the mailslot. while i understand that its part of the risk of A-Dock, it also punishes those who dont use it as it makes accessing stations nigh impossible when it happens.
Enable station targeting of NPCs blocking the mail slot

Relog fixes a multitude of sins. Stations did use to shoot ships stuck in the slot, so who knows if that's a bug or a feature.
