I was curious, so I decided to compile a lists of endemic species of PZ, found in only one country or isolated region (EG, the Lesser Antilles).

- In total, there are 30 endemic species in Planet Zoo by this reckoning; of these, 7 (a whopping 23%) are from Australia, and another 5 (16%) are from the Indonesian islands. In fact, 46% of the endemic species of Planet Zoo are not found on the mainland of their native continent.
