Engineer the FSD booster into a Mod

I think OP is looking for this...

No, you misunderstand. Apparently that blueprint got turned into the Guardian FSD Booster, but FD made a oopsie and forgot to stack the Guardian FSD Booster on top of the blueprint you linked to, because it is secretly a blueprint and not a module, all on the same FSD. And to add insult to injury, they called this covert blueprint a module and made it take up a module slot. The nerve!

The Guardian Frame Shift Drive Booster can be permanently unlocked for purchase by providing the
following Materials to a Guardian Technology Broker:

1 Guardian Module Blueprint Fragment
21 Guardian Power Cell
21 Guardian Technology Component
24 Focus Crystals
8 HN Shock Mount

Specifications

Guardian researched module that PATCHES INTO most human frame shift drives, boosting their
capabilities and providing an increase in power and distance. Frame shift fuel efficiency is
enhanced, increasing the distance travelled per unit of fuel and enabling single jumps of a greater
size.

Researched module, that gives you the plan, which could be a mod or module.
So why does it have to be a module instead of a mod ?

A previous poster wisely posted to an article clearly stating "The Guardian Frame Shift Drive Booster is an optional internal module derived from Guardian technology." Why would FD add a blueprint to increase jump range when we already have one and we can't stack blueprints?

I humbly request at least one more fresh spin on your complaint.

There are no Guardian "mods". ALL Guardian devices are modules, either weapons or internals (or SLF's, which of course fit in an internal hangar).

I understand that, but why take away a slot for the booster, when it could be added like the SRV bay adds a buggy.
or just be a mod, in this case.
Why is every one pushing to lose a slot ?
