Engineer your SRV

SRV Survey.
After doing a Survey on FaceBook Elite Dangerous -
( If you could Engineer your SRV, what part would you Do? )
I came up with,

1. More Cargo Space.

2 Better shields.

3 Better Radar.

4 Thrusters with better fuel consumption.

5 Better suspension (that won't lets a tiny rock halt all forward momentum and damage hull integrity) Bigger heels or lift kit.

6 A hoover... that extends! Like the one in ( B R 2049 )

Wot? No motor noise reducer (oil in the gearbox maybe)? Or scanner volume increase? The two most moaned-about things on the SRV.

I want shields that work like ship shields: impact damage doesn't get through until the shields are down.

I'd love a softer suspension so we can actually cruise around and not flip over every. single. PEBBLE.

I'd definitely like more than two tons of cargo space.

the ability to set the SRV cargo scoop to "scoop at will" would be nice so we don't have to stop and target every little thing we want to grab.

More kinds of SRVs first!

More cargo at the price of speed. Might be tracked.
More speed at the price of armour. Could be a skimmer.
More armour at the price of speed. Probably tracked.
More firepower at the price of cargo.

A mix of these, like more firepower and more speed, at the price of armour and cargo, and a heavy tracked one which sacrifices speed and cargo for more firepower and stronger shields, etc. There's plenty of options, all before an Engineer even looks at them. I would really want a variety of vehicles first, then we -might- talk about engineering them.

On the positive for FD: more vehicle types would be more paintjobs in the store! More moneys! You know you want that! :)
