One caution if and when you get that Sol permit. At some facilities there are major Federation warships. You can view them safely from respectably distance, but they have security perimeter near them. And they and their escorts WILL shoot you down if you violate security perimeter.
(Same situation in those Imperial systems having major Imperial warships...)
